The SwingTracker iOS mobile app is available for free on the App Store.
The free 12-month DiamondCLUB membership can only be applied to one individual player, and will begin immediately upon the player recording their first swing with the SwingTracker Sensor.
If you are a coach, take special care to ensure one of the players you will be working with and/or teaching takes the initial swing with the SwingTracker sensor once it is taken out of the box.
If a coach records the first swing with the SwingTracker sensor, the coach will receive the free subscription and will not be able to transfer it to a player.
As a coach, you can use an infinite amount of players with one sensor. However, each player will need their own profile and DiamondCLUB subscription in order to record and keep data with the sensor.
For instance, a coach who is training with a team of 10 players, will need 10 profiles and 10 subscriptions for his 10 players. The coach will be able to use one sensor for all 10 players.
Each SwingTracker account requires a unique email to store and track individual player and swing data. To set up a profile for more than one player, a unique email address must be provided for each new account.
Please download and fill out this Profile Creation Spreadsheet to set up groups with multiple players. After completion, e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org

Your iOS device will now automatically pair with your sensor unless you turn Bluetooth off or select “Forget this Device”.
If you have issues pairing your device, confirm that your iOS device operating system is up to date.
You can only pair your sensor to one device at a time. You can change the pairing of your sensor by following the standard pairing procedures
We suggest that you review the “SwingTracker Setup” listed in the SwingTracker app’s Settings menu. Some key highlights of that tutorial include:
Your SwingTracker sensor arrives with a charge, but we recommend you charge it fully before taking more than a few swings.
When charging your sensor, you are not able to transfer swings to your device that you have taken while in Disconnected Mode.
To transfer swings from a Disconnected Mode session, remove your sensor from the charger and use the SwingTracker app to begin to transfer swing data.
Never force a charge cable into the USB port of your SwingTracker charging station. If the charge contact does not easily fit, confirm that they are properly aligned before attempting to insert again.
ONLY use the USB charging cable provided to charge your SwingTracker sensor. Diamond Kinetics is not responsible for the operation of third-party accessories.
A battery indicator is listed at the top of the SwingTracker app screen when you are paired with the app collecting swing data. The sensor will blink red and app will alert you when the battery is low.
On average a full charge will last 7 hours with continuous use. To maximize the charge, we suggest turning off the sensor when not in use.
In the SwingTracker app under “Settings”, you can turn of “Use Cellular Data.
If you do not turn cellular off, we recommend that you connect to a wifi network in order to reduce data transferred over your data plan. This is especially important if you are uploading a lot of videos.
Turning The Sensor On: With the sensor attached, hold the handle and tap the barrel of bat on the ground twice to turn on the sensor. You will see a green light flash rapidly if not paired. The light will flash slowly when paired to an iOS device.
Turning The Sensor Off: When your sensor is on and paired, use the top-left menu to select Settings. In Settings, scroll down to the ‘Sensor On’ menu and tap the sensor icon. You will then see a red light on your SwingTracker sensor to signal the sensor shutting off.
The sensor will go into sleep mode and the light will stop blinking if you stop using it for five minutes. It will automatically wake up and the green power light will turn on once the sensor is picked up.
Moreover, the sensor will turn off automatically if the sensor does not move for 15 minutes.
There is no limit to the number of swings SwingTracker will capture if you are in ‘online mode’ and actively paired with an iOS mobile device or tablet.
The SwingTracker sensor is splash-proof, however significant exposure to water may cause damage to your sensor.
If your sensor gets wet, dry it thoroughly before using or charging. Do not attempt to dry it with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or hair dryer.
SwingTracker sensors that are damaged as a result of exposure to liquids are not serviceable and are not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
You should always clean and dry the sensor if it becomes noticeably moist or dirty.
To clean the sensor: Gently wipe with a soft cloth or towel. Never use solvents to clean the sensor. DO NOT submerge the sensor in water as it is not waterproof.
To clean the strap: hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse, then towel or air dry.
Currently, the only supported way to charge the sensor is to use the provided charging station.
If your sensor is fully depleted, it will take about 2.5-3 hours to charge. The higher the starting charge, the less time it will take to be completely charged.
Store the sensor in the provided protective pouch.
Keep the device stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.
It is ideal to operate your sensor between 32°and 95°F / 0° to 35°C.
Avoid dramatic changes in temperature or humidity when using your Diamond Kinetics sensor, as condensation may form with the sensitive electronic components of your sensor.
Contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in an extra pouch.
We have designed the sensor strap to fit all bats. Some bats may require a little extra effort in order to attach the sensor strap to the knob of the bat.
To attach the strap to the bat, follow the below steps:
Contact customer support at email@example.com if you are interested in extra sensor straps.
Your SwingTracker product comes with one strap because it is designed and manufactured to withstand the toughest of conditions and last the entire duration of the sensor’s life.
To inquire about more straps, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase new straps.
The sensor will use Bluetooth to transfer swing data from the sensor.
Take a swing and make contact to register a good swing. Check the SwingTracker app to confirm that the swing is being captured or if the app did not register a swing.
