Diamond Kinetics’ SwingTracker is the exclusive batting motion and its’ PitchTracker and ‘Smart’ baseball are the exclusive pitching motion technologies of PONY. PONY’s dedication to creating a safe and fundamentally focused environment for baseball and softball players goes hand in hand with Diamond Kinetics technology. Diamond Kinetics technology provides players, parents and coaches with the insight and tools to help players improve their skills and enjoy the game to the fullest.
IN GAME USE
At PONY’s annual Board of Directors Meeting in October, using motion sensor technology in games was approved for PONY Softball beginning January 1, 2018 and will be effective for PONY Baseball on January 1, 2019. This enables players and coaches to gain a powerful understanding about the swing during live, in-game at bats.
SHOWCASES
While providing a safe environment, PONY aims to challenge it’s players in and out of season, on and off the field. Throughout the year, PONY players have the ability to compete for fun in various PONY challenges within SwingTracker. These leaderboard challenges offer the opportunity for PONY players to compete against their peers all over the world. PONY challenges in SwingTracker will teach individual players of all ages to focus on specific swing metrics while having fun and enjoying the game.
